Returns Eligibility
We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Unopened orders returned in their original packaging

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Refund Process
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after the item has been checked and approved.

Lost in Mail
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, a full refund will be issued. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the investigation.
